This event is usually a collab with oSTEM which is usually around week 6 of semester 2.
We usually book a coach through Johnsons and if you are going to go that route make sure to get a wheelchair seat even if it isnt used. It may be worth looking at getting the train down to Bletchley instead although that would need to be looked into with how feasible it is and how much it would per person.

Please push publicity on this as much as possible, it is a great event and needs publicising as much as possible, especially since this year (2026) we only sold around half of the tickets so *something* needs to change, although what those changes are is up to you.
