Organising these events are very similar and also quite easy.
On the guild side all you need to do is add a pre-prepared RA and submit a catering form for pizza if you are giving out pizza.
In terms of alcohol, you will need to talk to Todd to get him to sort it out. We have been able to purchase alcohol ourselves now and get it expensed through the school grant but you can also get the school to buy drinks for you (although this is likely to be more expensive)
Other than that just make sure publicity is put out atleast 2 weeks in advance, talk to Tom Holly just to make sure the school knows we are doing the event and think about possibly collabing with other soceities related to these events (board games/vgs/vr/etc).
