     The biggest part of this is any event involving us giving out alcohol that take place in the school, we have to have a member of staff present. Unfortunately, the school is of the opinion that student staff do not count as real staff, so reach out to early to make sure you can find someone who's free.      Historically student staff at the uni (TAs, Ambassadors, etc...) had access to the room booking system which meant we could just book whatever we wanted.
