This has always been PGT and first years, although we have done a third year mixer in the past in the cs building since there is a lot of people coming back from industry/doing integrated masters and the people in their year are different now. The two most important ones are EPS and the school, but you should have people at the gulid one as well. All you have to do is talk to people and have stickers to give out, and make sure you have qr codes to the instagram/discord easily visible. Its a nice pub and a chill environment for people to talk to eachother over a few drinks (also my personal favourite). One of the main reasons for that is through giving out shirts for members and having a range of soceities there. We have usually booked TLB for this, which you will have to ask Todd and/or Tom Holly to do so. Also make sure you have an availablity spreadsheet so you know when people are able to help out with events and things.
