+Income is fairly self explanatory - it's any money that's coming into the society. Most of the semantics of this are handled by the Guild and the website, but there's a few points that may be useful listed below.

+Generally for merch it's recommended to use the guild website, but this isn't required and in these cases sales can be made in cash and then paid into the guild. I (Matty) would typically recommend to use the website, purely because it makes collection of data easier and you know exactly who has purchased what, rather than having to rely on a committee member taking cash and writing things down. Merch sales will also incur [[vat|VAT]] whether made by the website or in cash.
