Actions

TeX handles action tracking for committee. The commands are detailed below.

/committee-actions create {description} {user}

This command is fairly self explanatory. The `description` argument is mandatory and by default this will assign the new action to the user executing the command. Alternatively, if you wish to assign the new action to someone else, supply the `user` argument.

NOTE: Actions can be assigned to *any* user in the discord, but only committee members will be displayed in the auto-fill. If you wish to assign an action to a non-committee member you will need to copy their user ID into the `user` box. Additionally, due to the way we store discord IDs in the bot, the list-all command (detailed below) will *only* show actions assigned to committee members.
