Some key features of the ball include:

Sally is our main contact for the photobooth, she did 23, 24, 25 and 26 and has been very helpful and is very fairly priced. All photos taken are saved to a USB that committee should retrieve from her at the end of the night otherwise she has to ship it to us. Typically we then put out an announcement after the fact asking people to send us a picture of the physical photo, that way we can then send them the digital version.

Generally we only have the 1, but in 2025 we did trial having 2 photographers. 2026 it was decided having 2 was not worth the additional cost. Our current go-to for this is Connor, contact details in the inbox.
