In Welcome Week, the guild, EPS and the school will all be doing fairs of sorts to get people to meet soceities. The two most important ones are EPS and the school, but you should have people at the gulid one as well. All you have to do is talk to people and have stickers to give out, and make sure you have qr codes to the instagram/discord easily visible. Also please don't leave someone in the guild for 8 hours, it gets very boring.

We have done ming moon every year since covid, I'm not sure why it ran in 2025 but it just doesn't work as well as it used to. I would advise against running it and maybe try to think of something else you can do during the day. There was only 25 people there in 2025 and they are annoying to deal with in terms of deposits.

Another thing where you can decide if you wanna run it or not. I've never done it and most never don't bother. I guess if youre gonna be in the atrium anyway for a SoCS fair you might as well but don't expect many people to do it. This is the event we usually give out the Old Joe TeX stickers, so if you don't run this event you may want to replace it with something to give out those stickers.
